HLTV summed up the results of the competition and determined that representatives of Gambit Esports Dmitry 'sh1ro' Sokolov became the most valuable esports player in the BLAST Premier Spring Showdow 2021. He finished his way in the tournament with a rating of 1.36.

Second place went to Santino 'try' Rigal of the acclaimed Brazilian 9z Team, which sent Team Vitality to watch the championship as a spectator. Try finished participation in the tournament with a score of 1.33, and Sh1ro's clan member, Abai 'Hobbit' Khasenov, entered the top three with a rating of 1.32. Top 5 were closed by Nikolay 'mir' Bityukov from Team Spirit and Rene 'TeSeS' Madsen from Heroic. Their ratings were 1.31 and 1.27, respectively.

BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2021 started on April 13 and ended on the 18th. Its total prize pool was $ 162,500, and the winners of the event were G2 Esports and Gambit Esports. The teams took $ 30,000 each, 1,500 rating points and an invitation to BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2021 with a prize pool of $ 425,000.
