The first matches of today's gaming day Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2021 will start very soon. Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro will fight in one of them, and FURIA Esports and NiP will face off in the second. The teams will compete for reaching the next round of the upper bracket. The losing squads use their right to make mistakes and go to the lower bracket to continue their participation in the championship there.

Six matches will take place on January 19. Two of them, as we already know, will pass in Group B, and the remaining four - in Group A. Today we will find out how the pair of finalists will be formed in the final of the upper bracket in Group A, and we will also know the first two participants who will complete the path in the championship and will take 13-16 place in the standings.

Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2021 with a prize pool of $ 1,000,000 started on February 16 and will end on the 28th. The main cash prize of the event will be $ 400,000, as well as 1,800 ESL Pro Tour rating points and 3,200 BLAST Premier rating points.
