Astralis secured a confident victory over FUT in a decisive Stage 2 matchup at IEM Krakow 2026, closing the series 2–1. After dropping Mirage, the Danish squad managed to turn the series around, grinding out a win on Overpass before leaving FUT no chances on the decisive Nuke to confidently move on in the tournament.

Mirage (13:7 FUT)

The first half on Mirage was fairly even, with both teams trying to impose their own style and finishing the half tied. The situation changed after the side switch, where Astralis managed to win only the opening pistol round on the T side, while FUT completely dominated on defense. The final score was 13:7 in favor of FUT.

Overpass (11:13 Astralis)

The second map began with a slight advantage for FUT, who looked solid on the CT side. Astralis managed to take control in the second half, responding with an aggressive CT setup of their own and denying FUT the chance to push the game into overtime.

Nuke (13:2 Astralis)

The deciding Nuke was a one-sided affair dominated by Astralis. The Danish team set a high tempo from the opening rounds and gave FUT no room to get back into the match. Astralis controlled both sides with confidence, quickly building a lead and closing the map 13:2. The key player was jabbi, who fully stepped up on the decisive map, finishing with a 19/5 K/D and an outstanding 2.42 rating.

The MVP of the match was phzy, who ended the series with an 86.5 ADR and a 1.34 rating.

Astralis remain in contention at IEM Krakow 2026, while FUT exit the tournament in 9th–12th place, earning $16,000 in prize money. Despite the loss, it was a solid showing from FUT, as they climbed from 26th to 16th place in the VRS rankings. IEM Krakow Stage 2 runs from January 31 to February 3, with 16 teams competing for spots in the playoffs.
