In the 4th round of the Elimination Stage at the Shanghai Major 2024 Low Bracket, the reigning Major champions faced one of the tournament's surprises, GamerLegion. In the previous rounds, both teams held a 1-2 record, making this match decisive: one team would be eliminated, while the other would continue their journey.

GamerLegion chose the first map, Nuke. The game started evenly, and it was initially unclear which team had the upper hand. The first half ended with a score of 7-5. However, the second half proved much more interesting, especially for NAVI, who easily outplayed GL, allowing them to take only one round. The final score of the first map was 13-6 in favor of the "Born to Win."

NAVI selected the second map, Mirage. Here, the first half was even closer than on Nuke, ending in a 6-6 tie. Many thought that GamerLegion might stage a comeback and push the match to a third map, but that wasn’t the case. Once again, Natus Vincere displayed incredible gameplay in the second half. It seemed to be part of their strategy: surprising their opponents by suddenly ramping up the pace of the game.

In the end, NAVI claimed victory on Mirage with a score of 13-9, bringing their record to 2-2. They now have one final match to win in order to advance to the playoffs. GamerLegion, on the other hand, finished with a 1-3 record and are eliminated from the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, though they showcased a commendable performance.
