Alliance announced their Academic Roster in CS2
Alliance announced in their Twitter account the signing of the Counter-Strike 2 academy squad.
The team was assembled from five young and promising 17-18 year old Swedish players. The captain of the squad is Melker “Lind” Lindmark.
Tommy “Judas” Klaesson was appointed as head coach, who will be actively assisted by Hawk, the active head coach of the main Alliance squad.
The first tournament for young players will be the next BYOC DreamHack LAN tournament in Stockholm.
Recall that in September 2023, Alliance assembled a core roster of fairly experienced players, such as Twist, Robin, for example. At first, the roster showed good potential on the Tier-2 scene, but then weakened against the background of new young teams. Now the team plays mainly at TIER-3 tournaments and regular Svenska Elitserien tournaments.
