All participants of the closed qualifiers for the RMR tournaments for Europe have been determined

The main part of the European open qualifiers for the upcoming RMR tournaments has ended, as a result of which sixteen teams have advanced to the closed qualifiers. Together with the invited participants, they will compete for sixteen direct tickets to the RMR tournaments, as well as six places in the Decider Bracket bracket, where two tickets to the qualifying tournaments in Copenhagen will also be played.

Participants of the first closed qualifier for Europe:

  • 1WIN, IKLA, Astralis, SAW, HAVU, 9INE, Copenhagen Flames and G2 Esports

Participants of the second closed qualifier for Europe:

  • Monte, Aurora Gaming, forZe, OG, GamerLegion, Illuminar Gaming, Apeks and Team Falcons

Winners of the first open qualifier:

  • Into The Breach, EYEBALLERS, iNation, Viperio, HONORIS, B8 Esports and 500 and Tricked Esport

Winners of the second open qualifier:

  • ECSTATIC, Eternal Fire, JANO Esports, Mixfits, HEET, Turów Zgorzelec, Anonymo Esports and LDLC

As expected, the open qualifiers brought a lot of surprises, as BLAST Paris Major 2023 left behind such teams as K23, GODSENT, Endpoint, Movistar Riders and a number of other well-known representatives of the scene.

Note that now the organizers will have to determine the seeding of the selected participants and break them into separate qualifiers. Both closed European qualifiers for RMR tournaments will be held online from 16 to 19 February.
