Fluxo Receives Invitation to CCT South America Series 2 Playoffs

Tournament operator BTS Brasil, responsible for hosting the CCT South America Series 2, has unveiled the list of invited participants for the championship playoffs. The organizers did not leave aside the Brazilian team Fluxo, which is the champion of the last championship of the series.

In addition to Fluxo, the following teams received invites to the CCT South America Series 2 playoffs: Meta Brazil, Daotsu, FURIA Academy, Corinthians Esports, Isurus, Fluxo, ODDIK and Sharks Esports.

Currently, the championship participants are preparing for the final round of the Swiss bracket. According to the results of previous rounds, ex-Holkattes (3-0), WINDINGO (3-0), FUSION (3-1), MIBR Academy (3-1) and Paquetá Gaming (3-1) made it to the playoffs.

In addition, B4 Esports Academy, The Union, ex-Young Gods, SWS Gaming and Yawara Esports left CCT South America Series 2, having suffered three defeats each.

Intermediate results of CCT South America Series 2

  • 1st place: $11,000
  • 2nd place: $5,000
  • 3rd-4th place: $2,500
  • 5th-8th place: $1,000
  • 9th-16th place: TBD
  • 17th-19th place: TBD
  • 20th-22nd place: B4 Esports Academy, The Union and ex-Young Gods
  • 23rd-24th place: SWS Gaming and Yawara Esports

CCT South America Series 2 runs online from September 10th to 25th. As part of the competition, 24 teams from South America are fighting for a prize pool of $25,000.
