All tickets for IEM Rio Major 2022 were sold out in 60 minutes

The organizers of the Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 wrote on the official Twitter page about the high expectations of the upcoming championship from the fans. ESL announced that all ticket sales for the tournament ended after 60 minutes. Ticket sales speed can be comparable to The International for Dota 2, World Championship for League of Legends and other world championships.

Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022 will be held from October 31 to November 13. The total prize pool will be $1,000,000 and BLAST Premier rating points. The winner will not only earn the main cash prize of $500,000, but will also receive 4,000 BLAST Premier points and an invitation to the BLAST Premier World Final 2022, a tournament with a similar prize pool, which will be held in December 2022. The city of Rio Major 2022, as the name implies, will be Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. All players and fans will gather at the Jeunesse Arena, which can accommodate over 18,700 people. At the moment, we do not know of a single team that would secure an invitation to Intel Extreme Masters Rio Major 2022. All invites will be distributed during RMR tournaments in Europe, America, Asia and Oceania.
