Team Liquid and Complexity Gaming qualified for IEM Dallas 2022. Based on the results of the closed qualifier for North America, both teams managed to qualify for the home championship, which will start in a month.
Team Liquid went through the entire qualifier undefeated, outplaying Gaimin Gladiators (2:0), Evil Geniuses (2:1) and Complexity Gaming (2:0) on their way.
In turn, Complexity Gaming, starting with two wins over Carpe Diem (2:0) and GODSENT (2:1), failed to cope with Team Liquid (0:2) and fell into the lower bracket. Here, the North American team again outplayed GODSENT (2:1), thanks to which they qualified for IEM Dallas 2022.
IEM Dallas 2022 will take place from May 30 to June 5 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas. Sixteen teams from all over the world will compete for a prize pool of $250,000, as well as ranking points in the ESL Pro Tour table.
The current IEM Dallas 2022 lineup is as follows: ENCE, FaZe Clan, FURIA, G2 Esports, Natus Vincere, Ninjas in Pajamas, Astralis, Heroic, Cloud9, Team Vitality, Looking For Org, Imperial Esports, Team Liquid and Complexity Gaming.
