NAVI made it to the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League Season 15

The NaVi team outplayed Heroic with a score of 2:0 and made it to the quarterfinals of ESL Pro League Season 15. Note that "Born to Win" finished the group stage with five wins. Well, we offer you to get acquainted with the results of the final gaming day in Group D.

Heroic

The main meeting of the fifth round started on the Overpass map, which became the choice of the Danish team. However, NAVI, having made a couple of mistakes at the start, quickly seized the initiative to finish the first half with a score of 11:4. After the change of sides, "Born to Win" did not pull, quickly closing the opponent on his own choice - 16:7.

Next, the teams moved to the Mirage map, where NAVI demonstrated a fast starting segment, winning the lion's share of the rounds. However, the Danes managed to close the gap before the change of sides, gaining five rounds. Nevertheless, NAVI beat the opponent without a chance in the second half to secure the fifth victory in the ESL Pro League Season 15 - 16:5.

Evil Geniuses - AGO

The parallel duel started on the Dust 2 map, which became the choice of the Polish team. But if the first half was held in a relatively equal fight, then after the change of sides, the AGO players managed to seize the initiative. At the same time, the North Americans were no longer able to adjust to the pace of the opponent, allowing AGO to take the lead in the series — 16:11.

Next, the teams moved to the Inferno map, which was chosen by Evil Geniuses. Once again, the first half was held in a bitter struggle, giving the North Americans a minimal advantage. However, after the switchover, AGO showed a great attack to quickly get ahead, and then get the final victory over Evil Geniuses — 16:11.

Astralis-Complexity

An equally important duel started on the Dust 2 map, which became the choice of Complexity players. But if the first half ended with the minimal advantage of Astralis, then after the switchover, the North American team managed to show a series of successful rounds to close the pick in their favor — 16:13.

Next, the teams moved to the Nuke map, where Complexity managed to finish the half on defense with a score of 8:7, leaving chances for a successful continuation. However, after the change of sides, the Danes immediately showed their intentions, making only two mistakes. As a result, Astralis confidently closed its own pick and equalized the score in the series — 16:10.

Everything was decided on the map Ancient, where the starting half ended in favor of the Danes. However, with the change of sides, Complexity managed to seize the initiative, gradually reviving the intrigue. And yet, in the end, Astralis managed to turn the tide of the fight and defend its place in the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 15 — 16:14.
