All participants of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR have been determined
Based on the results of five open qualifiers, all 32 participants of the upcoming PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR were determined. At the same time, PGL has confirmed the distribution of participants who will play in PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR A and PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR B, which will compete for eight trips to PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
Participants of PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR A: Natus Vincere, Heroic, Virtus.pro, Vitality, FaZe Clan, MOUZ, BIG, GamerLegion, fnatic, SAW, OG, Eternal Fire, Dignitas, Unique, forZe and QUAZAR.
PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR B participants: G2, Gambit, NIP, Entropiq, Copenhagen Flames, Astralis, ENCE, HEET, SINNERS, Spirit, AVE, Sprout, Bad News Eagles, Endpoint, Sangal and Anonymo.

RMR Tournament Format
PGL Major Antwerp 2022: Europe RMR A
The first European RMR-tournament will be held according to the Swiss system, in which all matches, with the exception of the decisive ones, will be held in the BO1 format. At the same time, the meetings that decide the tournament fate of the teams will be held in the BO3 format. It is expected that the Buchholz system, which has already been used at PGL Major Stockholm 2021, will be used for the draw.
Teams that take places from 1st to 4th will receive Legend status. The teams ranked 5th and 6th will receive the Challenger status. At the same time, the teams that take 7th and 8th places will receive the status of Contender. The remaining teams will miss PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
PGL Major Antwerp 2022: Europe RMR B
The second European RMR tournament will be held in a similar format. Teams that take places from 1st to 3rd will receive Legend status. The teams ranked from the 4th to the 7th lines will receive the Challenger status. At the same time, the team that takes 8th place will receive the status of Contender. The remaining teams will miss PGL Major Antwerp 2022.
The PGL Major Antwerp 2022 itself will be held from May 9 to 22 in Antwerp. The prize fund of the championship will be $1,000,000.
