Liquid becomes the last participant of BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021
The second semi-final of BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021 ended, in which Liquid beat MAD Lions with a score of 2: 0. After this victory, the North American team becomes the last participant in BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021, which will be held from November 24 to 28 in Copenhagen.
The semi-final meeting began on Nuke, which became the choice of the European team. However, Liquid immediately seized the initiative, thus easily closing the half with a score of 10: 5. Despite the attempts of MAD Lions to recoup in the second half, Liquid closed the opponent's pick very confidently - 16: 9.
Next, the teams got to the Inferno map, which was chosen by the "liquid" ones. However, here already MAD Lions had the initiative in the first half, which the team finished with a two-fold advantage. But after the change of sides, the game of the European team quickly broke down, which Liquid quickly took advantage of. As a result, after a series of exchanges, the North American team took over the opponent's economy in order to record the final victory at its own peak - 16:13.
Thus, the full list of BLAST Premier Fall Final 2021 participants was formed: Vitality, Astralis, NIP, BIG, Natus Vincere, FaZe Clan, Heroic and Liquid.
BLAST Premier Fall Showdown 2021 took place online from October 12 to 17. Sixteen teams fought for a prize pool of $ 162,500, BLAST Premier points, and two main prizes - tickets to BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2021.
