Bad News Bears becomes win Fragadelphia 15

Fragadelphia 15, the tournament preceding the qualification for the BLAST Qualifier Fall 2021, has come to an end. The winner of the championship, which took place from September 10 to 12 in Philadelphia, was the Bad News Bears team, which beat Party Astronauts with a score of 3: 2 in the grand final.

Starting from the 1/16 finals, the team confidently went to their goal, beating Rood Boiz (2: 0), 727 (2: 0), Big Chillin (2: 0) and RBG (2: 1). Having reached the final of the upper bracket, Bad News Bears dealt with their opponent Party Astronauts (2: 0) in a similar vein, having received a handicap in the grand final. It was the starting advantage that allowed the team to win the decisive match, in which Bad News Bears again beat Party Astronauts (3: 2).

Thanks to this victory, Bad News Bears earned $ 25,000, as well as a ticket to BLAST Qualifier Fall 2021, where it will try to qualify for BLAST Fall Showdown 2021. Note that BLAST Qualifier Fall 2021 will be held from 13 to 15 September in the same location, offering the participating teams one a ticket to the main tournament.

Bad News Bears will perform in Group B with Extra Salt, Party Astronauts and Coldest Riders. Note that the NA's Finest team, which took 4th place at Fragadelphia 15, will not participate in the BLAST Qualifier Fall 2021 due to a conflict of interest.
