The general information
BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Showdown is a competition for teams, which were not able to make it to the final of their groups at BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Regular Season. They will receive the second chance to advance to BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Finals where the prize pool of $750,000 will be up for grabs.
Participants of the tournament
The first participants of BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Showdown will be six teams, which will perform the worst at BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Regular Season. Four more teams will join them. How will they receive their spots in the competition? It’s unknown, the information will be revealed later.
The prize pool
The overall prize pool of BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Showdown will amount $325,000, which is $25,000 bigger than what was up for grabs at BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Regular Season. Besides money prizes, RFRSH Entertainment will divide two invitations to BLAST Premier Spring 2020 Finals between ten participants. Obviously, invites will be received by teams, which will place 1st and 2nd in the standings. The information about the distribution of the prize pool will emerge later.
