The laning stage is always very important, it determines what kind of game you will have. If you are just learning how to play, then first try to match the creeps in the lobby. It is also worth considering that the heroes have different attack animations and damage, so some last hit is easier, but some will have to be practiced.

The size of the reward for killing creeps on the lane increases during the game (+1 coin every 7 minutes 30 seconds for regular creeps and +1.5 coins for the same time for megacreeps). The size of the reward depends on the type of creeps:

Don't push the line

To do this, learn to keep the line level. Do not make unnecessary hits on the creeps, deny your creeps, if necessary, take them to the forest camps. Do not let the creeps go under the tower, it is better to poke the damage a little or just run away from them, otherwise the line will move towards the opponent.

Farm Tips
