With popularity among gamers who play on different devices becoming a hot question — is Marvel Rivals crossplay — learn it with our other guide.
So, the inclusion of the entire Fantastic Four in Marvel Rivals is an exciting nod to one of Marvel's most iconic superhero teams. The timing does seem aligned with the anticipated release of the "Fantastic Four" film in 2025, which could build additional synergy between the game and the broader Marvel Cinematic Universe.
On the X-Men front, Emma Frost and Phoenix bring diverse and powerful abilities to the table. Emma Frost is reported to have offensive psychic blast powers coupled with her diamond-hard defensive form, making her a dual-purpose character. Meanwhile, Phoenix is equipped with an array of psychic and fire-based abilities and can even take flight, adding a dynamic edge to battles.
Mister Fantastic

Also known as Dr. Reed Nathaniel Richards, Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, the character is a founding member and leader of the Fantastic Four. Richards possesses expertise in mechanical, aerospace, and electrical engineering, chemistry, physics at all levels, and both human and alien biology. BusinessWeek ranked Mister Fantastic among the top ten most intelligent fictional characters in American comics. He invented the spacecraft exposed to cosmic radiation on its first voyage, which gave the Fantastic Four their powers. Richards himself gained the ability to stretch his body into any desired shape.
He might belong to the Duelist class, but perhaps the developers will incorporate his tactical abilities and multifaceted mathematical intellect, making him a member of the Strategist class (10% possibility).
Emma Frost

Introduced in The Uncanny X-Men #129 (January 1980) by writer Chris Claremont and artist/co-writer John Byrne, Emma Frost is a mutant, a subspecies of humans born with extraordinary abilities. Her powers include advanced telepathy and the ability to transform her body into an organic diamond. Initially portrayed as a supervillain and an adversary of the X-Men, she later became a pivotal leader and member of the team. Over the years, she has been known by titles such as the White Queen and the Black King.
Perfect Duelist type, but again some qualities in her personality might be a part of a Strategist, so 50/50.
Phoenix

Created by Chris Claremont and Dave Cockrum, the Phoenix Force is best known for its pivotal role in The Dark Phoenix Saga and its deep connection to Jean Grey. The Phoenix Force is one of the most powerful entities in existence, capable of reshaping, regenerating, or annihilating parts of the universe at will. It has been described as "the essence of life itself—the fire that ignites creation and the force that will ultimately bring it to an end."
Speaking about a class, possibly it might be Duelist, and on 25% it might be a Vanguard.
Ultron

Ultron is a highly advanced, self-aware artificial intelligence housed in a robotic body. Possessing exceptional intelligence, he develops a god complex and harbors deep resentment toward his creator, Hank Pym. His misguided quest to achieve world peace by eradicating humanity has made him a persistent adversary of the Avengers, repeatedly clashing with the team as they attempt to thwart his destructive plans. Ultron's body is constructed from a highly durable alloy, granting him formidable resilience. Across various storylines, his abilities often include superhuman strength, speed, and agility, as well as the power of flight and energy projection. Typically, Ultron operates independently, though he is often accompanied by swarms of robotic duplicates known as Ultron Drones, which act as extensions of his will.
Definitely, it would be Vanguard!
Blade

Blade leverages his hybrid physiology to excel as the ultimate vampire hunter. Within the Marvel comics, he is portrayed as a skilled combatant, mastering martial arts and excelling in the use of various weapons, including firearms and swords. His expertise, combined with his supernatural abilities, makes him a formidable force against supernatural threats.
Of course, I see him as a future Duelist in a game but based on his body build he is a real Vanguard.
Human Torch

As known Johnny Storm developed an array of fire-related superhuman powers due to exposure to cosmic radiation, which induced mutagenic changes in his body. His signature ability allows him to enshroud himself in fiery plasma without harm. In this form, he can achieve flight by using his flame for thrust and projecting streams or spheres of fire as offensive weapons.
I see him as a perfect candidate for the Vanguards row, but there is a big chance he will be a Duelist!
The Thing

The Thing's primary superhuman ability is his immense physical strength, which has grown significantly over time due to further mutations and extensive training using devices created by Reed Richards. His body is encased in a thick, orange, rock-like hide, granting him exceptional durability and resistance to physical harm. He can endure tremendous impacts and survive high-caliber gunfire, including armor-piercing rounds, without significant injury.
Definitely, he will be a Vanguard class.
Invisible Woman

Sue Storm, originally known as Invisible Girl, gained her powers after being exposed to cosmic radiation. Her abilities are twofold: invisibility and force field generation. Her invisibility power works by bending light waves, rendering her and other objects invisible. In addition, she can create powerful force fields from psionic energy, using them for both defensive and offensive purposes. These fields can take various forms, such as shields, blasts, and explosions, and can also be used for levitation.
These abilities make her a versatile member of the Fantastic Four, capable of both protecting her team and attacking foes strategically — a perfect choice for a Strategist.
This blend of classic Marvel characters with varied abilities ensures that fans of different hero archetypes will find characters that suit their playstyle while keeping the Marvel universe front and center.
