All item changes in patch 7.32e

On the night of March 6-7, Valve officially unveiled update 7.32e for Dota 2. The new patch brought a number of balance changes, a new event, a new character named Muerta, a new chest, as well as many other minor fixes. Here is a list of item balancing changes

Abyssal Blade

• Damage Bonus increased from 25 to 30

Bloodstone

• Bloodpact: Duration decreased from 6 seconds to 5 seconds

Boots of Bearing

• Endurance: Ability no longer has a cost

Makes it easier to use the item frequently, as players used to get 1 charge every 3 minutes.

Divine Rapier

• Total cost decreased from 5950 to 5600 gold

Enchanted Mango

• Health regeneration bonus reduced from 0.6 to 0.4

Fairly methodical Mango gave a nice health regeneration boost at the start. Overall, the patch loosened some of the health regeneration from some popular items.

Eye of Skadi

• Cold Attack: Slow movement of ranged units increased from 40% to 50%.

Force Staff

• Force: Mana consumption increased from 100 to 150

Gleipnir

• Eternal Chains: Damage reduced from 220 to 180
• Eternal Chains: Radius Reduced from 450 to 400

Guardian Greaves

• Guardian Aura: Bonus to regeneration at low health levels reduced from 18.5 to 14.5
• Guardian Aura: Bonus to armor at low health reduced from 10 to 8

Hurricane Pike

• Hurricane Thrust: Mana consumption increased from 100 to 150.

Maelstrom

• Chain Lightning: Damage reduced from 140 to 135

Meteor Hammer

• Meteor Hammer: Application time decreased from 2.5 to 2 seconds (total time to hit reduced from 3 to 2.5 seconds)

Makes it easier to cast the item's ability. In theory, this would make the item even more popular with active-targeted characters like Outworld Destroyer, etc.

Nullifier

• Total cost decreased from 4725 to 4375 gold
• Damage bonus reduced from 80 to 75

Radiance

• Total cost decreased from 5050 gold to 4700 gold
• Damage bonus reduced from 60 to 55

Revenant's Brooch

• Phantom Province: Now increases attack speed by 60
• Phantom Province: Vampirism spell damage now works on attacks with this effect.

Revenant's Brooch has been upgraded due to its low popularity in both the ranks and the pro scene.

Sacred Relic

• Cost has been reduced from 3750 to 3400.
• Damage bonus reduced from 60 to 55

The change in cost and damage of this item has led to a corresponding change in Radiance, Divine Rapier and Nulifier. This will make them more attractive to buy, since the 5 damage bonus reduction is not as critical in the later stages of the game.

Shadow Blade

• Shadow Walk: The effect is now interrupted if additional damage is dealt while going invisible. Such abilities as Clinkz's Burning Barrage and Ember Spirit's Sleight of Fist now add bonus damage to each attack if applied while stealthing.

Solar Crest

• Attribute bonus increased from 5 to 6
• Movement Speed Bonus increased from 20 to 25

Wraith Band

• Attack speed bonus decreased from 6/12 to 5/10

This time, the developers have made relatively few tweaks to the balance of in-game items. Valve raised the attractiveness of some items, and some of them worsened, because they gave an excessive advantage at their cost. Creators of the game promise to release a global update 7.33 in April, which may affect a much larger number of items, and perhaps bring some new, and also rotating neutral artifacts are not excluded.
