Keyd Stars — чемпион VCT 2021: Brazil Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs
/The VCT 2021: Brazil Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs has come to an end. The tournament, which took place online from August 12 to 22, saw eight of the best Brazilian teams compete for a prize pool of $ 31,403, VCT Circuit Points, and two tickets to VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin. The winner of the championship was the Keyd Stars team, which beat Havan Liberty with a score of 3: 0 in the grand final.
The final turned out to be really equal, because we saw overtimes on two and three maps. However, Split managed to get out of the general picture of events, as Keyd Stars took its map without the need for additional rounds - 13:11.
But Bind had to be watched longer than the others, since the two halves did not reveal the winner. And yet Keyd Stars showed a little more talent, taking the second card into its hands - 16:14.
The decisive map also did not go without overtimes, since both halves on Icebox failed to identify the strongest. However, already in the first series of overtimes, Keyd Stars proved that it deserves a victory, freezing the final score of 14:12 in its favor.
Despite this defeat, Havan Liberty will still represent the region at VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin, as will the championship winner, who will receive the highest seed in Germany.
