Sentinels to finish VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers without SicK
/The North American esports organization Sentinels has announced a forced change in the starting lineup for VALORANT. As a result of these changes, the team will continue to compete at VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers without SicK, who is currently handling family business. The place of the 23-year-old American on the server will be taken by Rawkus, who recently again led the team.
SicK will be taking a long vacation to attend to current family business. SicK has our full support during this difficult time. The Rawkus coach will replace him for the remainder of the rest of the 2022 VCT: North America Stage 2 Challengers.
SicK has been playing for the Sentinels since April 2020, when he moved to VALORANT from the CS:GO discipline. In two years, the 23-year-old American has won numerous tournaments including VCT 2021: North America Stage 1 Masters, VCT 2021: North America Stage 2 Challengers Finals and VCT 2021: Stage 2 Masters - Reykjavík.
Note that SicK has already missed the previous round of the VCT 2022 group stage: North America Stage 2 Challengers. Then he was also replaced by Rawkus, who, as we remember, again headed the North American team just before the start of the championship.
At the same time, the 27-year-old American specialist last appeared on the server back in October, when, together with FaZe Clan, he took 7-8th place at VCT 2021: North America Last Chance Qualifier.
The Sentinels are currently continuing their run at VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers. According to the results of three rounds played, the North American team has no wins.
The Sentinels roster for VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers is as follows:
- ShahZaM.
- dapr.
- Tenz.
- Kanpeki.
- Rawkus (trainer/stand-in).
