Paper Rex became the champion of VCT 2022: Malaysia & Singapore Stage 2 Challengers

VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Malaysia & Singapore Stage 2 Challengers has ended. At the championship, which was held online from May 12 to 29, eight teams from Singapore and Malaysia will compete for a prize pool of $22,967, as well as three tickets to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: APAC Stage 2 Challengers. The winner of the tournament was the Paper Rex team, which beat LaZe 3:0 in the grand final (Fracture - 13:7; Haven - 13:2; Ascent - 13:9).

The tournament for the eventual winner began with an impressive performance in the group stage, during which Paper Rex got seven victories and did not suffer a single defeat.

Having made it to the playoffs, the Singaporean team beat No Namers (2:0), but unexpectedly lost to LaZe (1:2) and fell into the lower bracket. Here, Paper Rex outplayed Bleed eSports (2:0), and then took revenge on Laze (3:0) in the grand final.
