ZETA DIVISION to Skip VCT 2021: APAC Last Chance Qualifier
3789ZETA DIVISION and Chinese teams refused to participate in VCT 2021: APAC Last Chance Qualifier. It is noted that the Japanese team decided to focus on restructuring the composition in order to better perform in the international arena. In turn, teams from China will not be able to take part in the championship due to high ping. Northeption, FENNEL and DAMWON Gaming will take the places of the eliminated teams.
VCT 2021: APAC Last Chance Qualifier will continue to feature 10 teams, albeit from 4 regions. The distribution of slots in the championship is as follows:
- Southeast Asia - 3.
- Korea - 3.
- Japan - 3.
- South Asia - 1.
Places will be awarded to the teams with the most points in the region and have not yet qualified for the tournament. These teams are determined by the results of the Masters in Berlin. Seats will also be allocated in regions where no competition points have been awarded.
VCT 2021: The APAC Last Chance Qualifier will be online from October 11-17. Ten teams will compete for the right to compete at VALORANT Champions 2021.
