FURIA Esports is the winner of RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: South America Regional Event 3
/The RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: South America Regional Event 3 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from June 3 to 5, sixteen teams from South America competed for a prize pool of $30,000, as well as rating points necessary for qualification at Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major. The winner of the tournament was the FURIA Esports team, which beat The Club with a score of 4:3 in the grand final; 4:3.
The tournament for the future winner began with victories over Elevate (3:0), Vipers eSports (3:1) and KRÜ Esports (4:2), after which FURIA Esports lost to The Club (3:4) and fell into the lower bracket. Here the Brazilian team beat Team Secret (4:1) and made it to the grand final. In the decisive match of the championship, FURIA Esports took revenge on The Club (4:3; 4:3), thus earning $9,000 and 401 points.
Following the results of the spring split, the teams FURIA Esports and Team Secret qualified for the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.
