Gaimin Gladiators won RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: Asia-Pacific South Regional Event 3
/RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: Asia-Pacific South Regional Event 3 has ended. In the online championship, which took place from May 27 to 29, sixteen teams from the southern part of the Asia-Pacific region competed for a prize pool of $15,000, as well as rating points, required to qualify for the Summer Major. The winner of the tournament was the Gaimin Gladiators team, which in the finals of the competition was stronger than Meta Power with a score of 4:1.
During the tournament, the Indian-Indonesian team coped with Exodus (3:0), Frost Esports (3:2), God Speed (4:2) and Meta Power (4:1), thus making it to the grand final. Here Gaimin Gladiators again managed Meta Power (4:1), earning $4,500 and 401 points.
Based on the results of the spring split, Gaimin Gladiators and Meta Power made it to the regional qualifiers, where they will compete for one ticket to the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.
