FURIA Esports won RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: South America Regional Event 2
/The RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: South America Regional Event 2 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from May 20 to 22, sixteen teams from Latin America competed for a prize pool of $30,000, as well as rating points required for qualification at Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major. The winner of the tournament was the team FURIA Esports, which in the grand final was stronger than The Club with a score of 4:1.
During the championship, FURIA Esports confidently outplayed Bronx (3:0), Atypical (3:0), KRÜ Esports (4:3) and Team Secret (4:3), thus making it to the grand final. In the decisive match of the competition, the team managed to beat The Club (4:1), thanks to which they earned $9,000 and 401 points.
It should be noted that thanks to this victory, the Brazilian team broke into the leaders of the regional table of the season, thereby approaching the trip to the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.
