Gaimin Gladiators won RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: Asia-Pacific South Regional Event 2

RLCS 2021-22 - Spring: Asia-Pacific South Regional Event 2 has ended. At the championship, which was held online from May 13 to 15, sixteen teams from the southern part of the Asia-Pacific region fought for a prize pool of $15,000, as well as rating points required to qualify for the Summer Major. The winner of the tournament was the Gaimin Gladiators team, which beat NSF 4:2 in the grand final.

During the championship, Gaimin Gladiators defeated Exodus (3:0), AtlasGaming (3:0), Asia Manji (4:0) and Meta Power (4:3) one by one, thus making it to the grand final. In the final match of the competition, the team managed to beat NSF (4:2), thus earning $4,500 and 401 points.

It should be noted that thanks to this victory, the team has risen to the first line of the regional ranking, thereby approaching the trip to the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.

  • 7th-8th place: God Speed and 1620 Kings — $900 + 180 points.
  • 9th-12th place: AtlasGaming, Astronic Esports, Dark Rift Esports and Shoguns — 130 points.
  • 13th-16th place: FULLTIMEASIANS, LeftOvers, Friendly Fire Esports and Exodus — 80 points.
