At the championship, which was held online from April 29 to May 1, sixteen teams from North America competed for a prize pool of $100,000 and rating points needed to qualify for the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major. The winner of the tournament was the G2 Esports team, which defeated Spacestation Gaming in the final with a score of 3:4; 4:2.
During the competition, G2 Esports confidently defeated Friends (3:2), Complexity Gaming (3:1), Ghost Gaming (4:1) and FaZe Clan (4:1), making it to the grand final. In the decisive confrontation of the championship, the North American team managed to put the squeeze on Spacestation Gaming (3:4; 4:2) to earn $30,000.
After this victory, the North American team became the leader of the regional table RLCS 2021-22 - North America Spring Ranking, becoming one step closer to a trip to the Rocket League Championship Series 2021-22 - Spring Split Major.
