Although Riot Games is holding the League of Legends World Championship, they show that they want to comply with hygiene standards by all means and are taking preventive measures to avoid infection with coronavirus. The organizers put the teams at 10-meter tables, and the stage was significantly lengthened because of this. Each of the team members sits one and a half meters from their nearest teammates.

These rules did not apply to all people who came to the LAN championship. Analysts and commentators sit together in the studio and comment on what is happening, being side by side, without using masks. In addition, the landing of players with a distance of one and a half meters was also perceived with skepticism and irony, since after each game, esports players still get together to discuss what is happening.
