The clash between the Elder and Baron groups at LCK 2025 is coming to an end. Currently, the Elder group is leading with a score of 13:7, and the top 3 teams from this group will advance directly to the playoff stage.

The Elder group includes DPlus KIA, Gen.G, DRX, KT Rolster, and Nongshim Red Force. DPlus KIA, Gen.G Esports, and DRX have secured the top three spots in the group and deservedly proceed to the playoffs. KT Rolster and Nongshim Red Force will compete in the play-in stage against the top 4 teams from the Baron group.

The Baron group consists of T1, Hanwha Life Esports, BRION, Freecs, and FEARX. The top 4 teams—T1, Hanwha Life Esports, BRION, and Freecs—will face off in the play-in stage. FEARX, with a 0-4 record, are closest to elimination from the tournament, and achieving a positive result in the group will be extremely challenging for them.

The Play-In stage will follow a Double Elimination format, with matches held as best-of-three (BO3) in the Fearless Draft mode. The Play-In Final will be a best-of-five (BO5) match, also in the Fearless Draft mode.
