Today starts the fourth season of the national league of France. 10 teams will play at LFL Summer 2022.

At the start of the championship, the teams compete in a two-round group stage, after which the top 6 will go to the playoffs. The tournament will be held in a mixed format, the main stage should take place at LAN.

Tournament Format

LFL Summer 2022 will start with a group stage. In it, 10 teams will play according to the Double Round-Robin system with bo1 series. Group stage games will be played every Wednesday and Thursday.

Group stage:

  • Double Round Robin;
  • Teams play 18 matches;
  • bo-1 matches;
  • TOP-6 teams go to the playoffs;
  • 1st and 2nd places go to the final of the upper bracket;
  • 3rd and 6th places fall into the loser's bracket.

As noted above, the top 6 teams based on the results of the groups will advance to the main stage. Seeding in a group is important, as the top 2 groups will go directly to the winners final.

  • Double Elimination;
  • All Bo-5 matches;
  • TOP-4 teams qualify for the EU Masters Summer qualification.

LFL Summer 2022 kicks off June 1 at 18:00 CET. The league will run until August, and according to the results of the championship, 4 best teams will be selected for the EU Master.
