At the Long Sogpeg of qualifications Keyd Stars met Mad Kingds. The match ended 2-0 in favour of KS, but the second map was really difficult.

Next up for Keyd Stars was Thunder Awaken and that match, to me, was the main argument in favour of Keyd Stars as one of the winners of the qualifiers. KS outplayed their nominally stronger opponent, though not without problems, with a score of 2-0. But beaten they did.

In the match to qualify for The International 2023 Keyd Stars beat AcatSuki without any problems. Just before The International 2023 KS played two tournaments from Pinnacle. These were Malta Vibes #3 and Malta Vibes #4 - where they finished in the top 12 and top 8.
