Before entering PGL Wallachia Season 1, GG took part in ESL One Birmingham 2024, where they finished in the Top 12. At the Romanian tournament itself, they advanced to the playoffs with a 3-1 group stage record.

In the first playoff round of PGL Wallachia Season 1, GG faced Team Liquid. Despite being the nominal favorites, they couldn’t capitalize and lost 2-1. Before Riyadh Masters 2023, XinQ — a PSG.LGD legend — joined the roster to strengthen the team. However, Xtreme Gaming delivered a similar result to previous tournaments: top 16.

Their journey to The International 2023 – China Qualifier started with a match against Aster.Aries. Despite the 2:0 scoreline, Xtreme had to work hard against the youth of Aster. They looked solid throughout the qualifiers, but didn’t make it to the grand finals — Azure Ray celebrated victory and earned the TI slot.
