Astralis changed their name to Avengerls
Ihor MatusOne of the debated news in the world of e-sports was that in the Chinese qualification for major in Dota 2 a team called Astralis played. This caused a wave of comments in their direction and not without accusations of plagiarism. The strongest CS: GO team has the same name, and then it was not difficult for the Chinese to attract attention.
In addition, Astralis in Dota 2 included a player with the nickname Xyp9x as the famous clutch minister from the CS: GO world. He played so well that Andreas Hoyslet from Denmark was praised for his ability to maintain excellent form in both CS: GO and Dota 2.
James Banks, Host of CS:GO Tournaments:
"First CS:GO, now Dota 2. Is there something you can't?"
The latter, by the way, commented on the situation and asked how he was doing in the qualifications for ESL One Los Angeles 2020:
Xyp9x:
"It seems that I play Dota 2 professionally. Wonderful! Tell us how we are doing in qualifying?"
n0tail did not delay the answer and said the following:
"I'll let you know if I see you in Los Angeles."
After the team managed to break into the closed qualification, the team decided to change the name to Avengerls .
