ESL requirements for independent streamers ESL One Germany 2020 have been tightened
Ihor MatusThe organizers said that the rules that exist for users who want to broadcast their coverage of the Dota 2 championship have been tightened. This includes both the increase in latency from Dota TV and the addition of a chat message that will invite viewers to go to the official broadcast channel. - Broadcast delay must be 15 minutes or more
- There should be the following sentence in the broadcast chat or in the form of a graphic insert: "If you want to watch the official broadcast, then go to ESL Dota 2"
- The broadcast title must begin with "ESL One Germany 2020 Team A vs Team B".
- Before broadcasting, streamers must submit an application via Google Form
