September 12, 2025 — In a thrilling upper bracket semifinal at The International 2025, Falcons secured a 2-1 victory over BetBoom, earning a spot in the tournament’s top three. The series was full of dramatic moments and showcased intense gameplay from both sides.

The first map saw BetBoom take the lead, demonstrating strong strategic understanding and early initiative. They closed the map with a 28-16 victory in 42 minutes, controlling key areas and winning crucial team fights. Falcons attempted an aggressive approach, but BetBoom effectively countered their every move.

Falcons responded strongly in the second map, starting cautiously but gradually increasing pressure across all lanes. Excellent teamwork and map control allowed them to turn the game around, finishing with a decisive 27-8 win in just 30 minutes. ATF on Huskar played a pivotal role, flawlessly shutting down the enemy Anti-Mage and preventing any comeback.

The third and final map was a showcase of Falcons’ dominance. From the start, they seized control, leaving BetBoom little room to respond. The match ended 20-5 after 37 minutes, highlighting Falcons’ precise coordination and confident resource management. The late game was particularly impressive, with DK carrying the team while Troll Warlord struggled to make an impact. Surprisingly, Skiter also performed well, defying community expectations as he is often considered Falcons’ weak link.

With this victory, Falcons secured a place in the upper bracket final of The International 2025 and guaranteed at least a third-place finish. BetBoom now moves to the lower bracket, where they will continue fighting for a chance to return to the final.
