Representatives of the European region started in Group A at The Lima Major 2023, quite expectedly. But Talon Esports were able to pleasantly surprise. In our preview, we classified them as outsiders, but 23savage and the team drew against Gaimin Gladiators on the first day and defeated Execration. PSG.LGD fans were in for a real shock. The legendary Chinese tag lost to TSM, who were also considered by many to be the underdogs of the tournament, and the South American Evil Geniuses roster brought the confrontation with NothingToSay and his teammates to a draw.
