Digest of DPC 2022 Tour 3 events for 01.07
ІлляThe next day of the DPC 2022 Tour 3 rating season has ended, teams from many regions took part in it: Eastern Europe, China, North America, South America. Below we will tell you about all the past matches
DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3
Eastern Europe showed us three confrontations. Two in the first and one in the second division.
The first meeting took place between the leaders of the NaVi group and by no means the strongest team at the Mind Games tournament. Born to win, albeit with little difficulty, but managed to defeat their opponents (2-1), thanks to which they secured their first place. In turn, Mind Games dropped down to the 6th position in the table, and almost reached the red line, after which they will be relegated from the division.
The second match was between the reigning champions of The International - Team Spirit, and the less titled team One Move, whose members in the 2nd season of the DPC were able to choose the first place in the group, thanks to which they got into the first division. The outcome of this match was quite expected, "Spirit" is head and shoulders above the opponents, so it all ended in two maps of 25 and 30 minutes. As a result of the match, Team Spirit shared the first place in the table with NaVi, while One Move remained on the fourth line.
The last match was between the members of the second division, PuckChamp and Team Empire. Although I believed in the “Imperials” to the end, but alas, two cards of 30 minutes each threw them to the very bottom of the table, and greatly increased their chance of relegation. PuckChamp, in turn, share the second line with two teams, and in general they have a good chance to go up.
DPC 2021/2022 China Tour 3
The Chinese region met us with two matches within the first and second divisions.
In the first, Vici Gaming, one of the leaders of the group, and outsiders Dandelion Esports collided. Although the difference in level is immediately noticeable, the match was by no means one-sided, Dandelion Esports managed to take the first map in tense 40 minutes, but then the favorites easily regained theirs, winning the next two maps in 30 and 18 minutes. As a result, Dandelion Esports could not get out of the 6th place, and most likely after the end of the tournament they will fall into the second division.
The second match was between Team MagMa, who were unable to cope with the Chinese top last season, as a result of which they fell to the second division, and ShenZhen. The match went without difficulty for the latter, the first map ended in 30 minutes with a score of 24-6, although on the second map Team MagMa gave a good rebuff, but as a result lost in the 40th minute 13-34.
DPC NA 2021/2022 Tour 3
North America was limited to one match in the second division. Arkosh Gaming faced Eternity on two long maps (43 and 52 minutes). Both ended with the victory of Arkosh Gaming, thanks to which they moved up to the third line in the ranking. In turn, Eternity did not lose anything as a result of the defeat, and are also in third position.
DPC SA 2021/2022 Tour 3
The last match of the game day was held between representatives of the South American region Team Tempest and SG e-sports. The meeting took place on three maps lasting 34, 37 and 40 minutes. Ultimately, Team Tempest were able to defeat the opponents, which allowed them to rise to the 4th line of the rating, thus protecting themselves from relegation to the second division for the time being. For SG, the result of the match did not change the overall picture, they are still also in 4th position.
