MOUZ pulled off one of the most impressive comebacks of the tournament, defeating FUT Esports 2-0 in a decisive match at PGL Cluj-Napoca 2026. After a confident showing from FUT on Mirage and a dramatic finish on Overpass, the European squad managed to turn the series around and secure a playoff spot. For FUT, the loss was a painful one — the team was just one round away from forcing a third map but let the advantage slip and will now continue their run in the 2-2 bracket.

Map veto:

  1. FUT removed Inferno
  2. MOUZ removed Anubis
  3. FUT picked Mirage
  4. MOUZ picked Overpass
  5. MOUZ removed Ancient
  6. FUT removed Nuke
  7. Dust2 was left over

FUT showed a confident start on their own pick. On the T side, they secured a narrow 7:5 lead, but completely collapsed on defense, allowing MOUZ to close Mirage 13:8.

Overpass ended in a heartbreaking defeat for FUT. They had a strong 9:3 lead in the first half and continued their dominance after the side switch, reaching 12:3 — just one round away from tying the series 1-1. However, MOUZ completed an incredible comeback, winning nine rounds in a row to force overtime and eventually closing Overpass 16:14.

It was a painful loss for FUT, who seemed destined to win but ultimately fell 0-2 and will continue their campaign in the 2-2 bracket. With this victory, MOUZ advance to the tournament playoffs.
