FlyQuest One Step Away from the Second Stage After a Confident 13:6 Win Over Imperial on Inferno

FlyQuest continue their strong run at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025, securing a convincing 13:6 victory over Imperial on Inferno and moving to a 2-0 record in the first stage. The North American roster controlled the match from the very beginning, taking the first half 9:3 and confidently maintaining their lead after the side switch. Imperial attempted to close the gap in the second half, but FlyQuest comfortably shut down every comeback attempt.

Inferno (13:6 FlyQuest)

FlyQuest set the pace from the start and firmly limited Imperial’s options on the CT side, allowing them to establish a comfortable 9:3 advantage in the first half. After switching sides, FlyQuest continued to show disciplined defense, consistently winning crucial duels and preventing the opponent from stringing rounds together. Imperial looked for ways to get back into the game, but FlyQuest remained in full control and confidently closed out the map 13:6.

The standout player was Vexite, who delivered another strong performance, finishing the map with the following stats: ADR — 98.1, Swing +6.65%, and a 1.59 rating.

With this victory, FlyQuest move to a 2-0 record and find themselves just one win away from reaching the second stage. Imperial, meanwhile, fall to 1-1 but remain in contention. The first stage of the StarLadder Budapest Major runs from November 24 to 27, with 16 teams competing for 8 spots in the second stage.
