The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 in CS2 saw intense matches in the third round of the Elimination Stage, with teams fighting to stay in the tournament.

FaZe Clan secured a crucial victory against MOUZ on Inferno, finishing with a score of 13:10. For Finn "karrigan" Andersen and his team, this marks their second win in the tournament, boosting their chances of advancing to the next stage.

In another clash, G2 Esports defeated Team 3DMAX on Ancient, with a final score of 13:8. For NiKo and his squad, this was also their second victory, solidifying their position in the tournament.

The Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 is the first Major held in China, organized by the tournament operator Perfect World, and the second Major in the CS2 discipline. The competition in Shanghai, hosted at the World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center and the Oriental Sports Center, features a prize pool of $1,250,000.
