Closed qualifiers for IEM Dallas 2023 for Latin America will take place from April 12 to 13 online. The team will compete for one ticket to the championship.

Closed qualifiers for IEM Dallas 2023 for Oceania will be held online from March 24 to 25. Teams will be offered one slot per tournament.

As part of the championship, sixteen teams from the CIS, Europe, North America, Latin America and Oceania will compete for a total prize pool of $250,000, rating points for the BLAST table, and a ticket to IEM Cologne 2023 for the winner.
