Don't miss the start of WePlay Academy League Season 6!

The confrontation between the participants of WePlay Academy League Season 6 will begin very soon. In the first match, NAVI Junior and Flames Ascent will fight against each other. Initially, the tournament was supposed to start on October 10, but the start of the league was postponed due to the Russian attack on the cities of Ukraine, which took place on the morning of October 10. WePlay stated that the safety of the participants of the event is important to them and decided to postpone the start of the championship indefinitely.

As part of the first gaming day, such confrontations as NAVI Junior vs Flames Ascent, Young Ninjas vs ENCE Academy, Flames Ascent vs MOUZ NXT and PROSPECTS vs Astralis Talent will take place.

WePlay Academy League Season 6 will run from October 12 to November 20. The total prize fund of the CS:GO academic league will be $100,000. 14 participants from around the world will compete for the $45,000 main prize.

The prize money will be distributed among the teams as follows:

  • 1st place — $45,000
  • 2nd place — $20,000
  • 3rd place — $15,000
  • 4th place — $8,000
  • 5th-6th place — $4,000
  • 5th-6th place — $4,000
  • 7th-8th place — $1,500
  • 7th-8th place — $1,500
  • 9th-10th place — $500
  • 9th-10th place — $500
