OG beat NAVI at BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022

The OG team defeated NAVI with a score of 2:1 (Inferno - 7:16; Mirage - 16:12; Ancient - 16:13) at BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022, guaranteeing themselves a place in the championship playoffs. Now the European team will face the winner of the match BIG — ENCE to play for a direct hit in the semi-finals. In turn, the Born to Win fell to the bottom of Group B, where they will play the loser of the next match for the right to advance to the playoffs from third place.

The third game day match of the championship started on the Inferno map, which became the choice of the OG team. At the same time, the first half raised some questions for the nominal "hosts", who lost a slight advantage and ended the side with a score of 7:8. It seemed that after switching sides, OG would become a little easier. However, "Born to Win" showed too confident an attack to close the half without errors and take the lead in the series - 16:7.

Next, the teams moved to the Mirage map, which became the choice of NAVI. But if the first few rounds went in a calm rhythm, then after OG managed to seize the initiative and show a series of rounds, which allowed the team to close the half with a score of 11:4. After the change of sides, the European team won the pistol series, actually closing all the issues. Nevertheless, NAVI managed to return to the game and revive the intrigue, trying to get out of a difficult situation. However, in the end, OG managed to get the required number of rounds to finally equalize the score in the series — 16:12.

Everything was decided on the Ancient map, the start of which was left to the Born to Win. However, closer to the changeover, OG was able to return to the game to extend the half to a score of 9:6. After the side switch, NAVI failed to join the game, while the European team managed to win the pistol series and provide a comfortable start. Having received the devices, "Born to Win" failed to catch up with the opponent, who won a sensational victory at BLAST Premier Spring Finals 2022 — 16:13.
