River Plate Gaming won LVP Unity League Argentina Apertura 2022

The LVP Unity League Argentina Apertura 2022 has come to an end. As part of the championship, which was held online from February 28 to June 7, twelve Argentine teams fought for a prize pool of $7,170, as well as a ticket to Supercopa de América 2022. The winner of the tournament was the River Plate Gaming, which turned out to be stronger than Furious Gaming in the grand final with a score of 2:0 (Ancient - 16:14; Dust II - 16:8).

The tournament for the future winner began with a confident performance in the group stage, during which River Plate Gaming won five victories and did not suffer a single defeat.

Having made it to the LVP Unity League Argentina Apertura 2022 regular season, the Argentine team has already won six victories, but also suffered one defeat from Furious Gaming (2:16).

Thanks to the successful performance, River Plate Gaming advanced to the playoffs, where they beat Stone Esports (2:0) in the semi-finals. until they again lost to Furious Gaming (0:2) and fell into the lower bracket. Here the Argentine team turned out to be stronger than Boca Juniors Gaming (2:0) to reach the grand final and take revenge on Furious Gaming (2:0).
