The first two rounds of PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR A took place, following which groups of favorites and outsiders of the championship were formed. According to the results of the first round, there were no loud sensations. While NaVi coped with QUAZAR (16:12), Outsiders defeated Team Unique (16:2). In the next portion of the matches , FaZe Clan went through the Turkish team Eternal Fire without a chance (16:4). At the same time, Heroic returned to the winning path, being stronger than forZe (16:9).

Then the Danish-French team Vitality made a successful debut, which easily outplayed Dignitas (16:6) on the Vertigo map. At the same time, fnatic defeated GamerLegion (16:5) extremely confidently, showing an excellent game on Nuke. In the final portion of the matches, the BIG team outplayed SAW (16:5), while OG turned out to be stronger than MOUZ (16:12) on the Mirage map.

Second round of PGL Major Antwerp 2022: European RMR A

Following the results of the second round of the championship, the situation became noticeably clearer, since the first favorites were determined. While FaZe Clan got a strong-willed victory over Vitality (16:14) on the Mirage map, the Turkish team Eternal Fire got a hard-fought victory over Dignitas (22:20). In the next portion of the matches, Heroic defeated fnatic without any problems (16:9), while the Russian team forZe snatched victory from the GamerLegion players (16:14).

NAVI won its second victory in the tournament, defeating OG (16:5) on the Mirage map. At the same time, BIG confidently closed the Outsiders (16:8), thus entering the group of leaders. Team MOUZ got their first victory in the championship, which managed to defeat QUAZAR (16:4) on the Ancient map. Well, in the last match of the game day, the Portuguese from SAW confidently outplayed Team Unique (16:6).
