The German esports organization BIG has announced changes to its CS:GO starting roster. It is reported that as part of the upcoming second open qualifier for the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR, the team will play with Krimbo, who will replace k1to in the roster. It is not clear what caused the changes in the composition of the team.

Krimbo is currently the captain of BIG Academy. The 19-year-old German esportsman joined the team in January 2022, having managed to take second place in the WePlay Academy League Season 3.

In turn, k1to has been presenting the BIG colors since January 2020. In two seasons, the German player won many tournaments with the team, including DreamHack Open Leipzig 2020, DreamHack Masters Spring 2020: Europe and Funspark ULTI 2020.

With the arrival of Krimbo, the team will hope to redeem themselves and secure their place in the RMR tournament. If BIG manages to qualify alongside the 19-year-old, the team will still be eligible to use k1to at the event as long as he is listed as a substitute.

PGL Major Antwerp 2022 Europe RMR Open Qualifier 2 starts today, March 1st. More than 700 teams will compete for four tickets to the RMR tournament. As a reminder, according to the results of the first open qualifier, BIG took 9th-16th place, losing in the 1/8 finals to Wisła Kraków with a score of 10:16.
