Another game day within the group stage of WePlay Academy League Season 3 has come to an end. According to its results, mouz NXT continues to hold the lead, being six points ahead of the closest pursuer. In this regard, we recall the last game day and share our impressions of what we saw.

Confrontation between FURIA Academy and Eternal Fire Academy

The confrontation between the two outsiders of the championship did not hold much interest. The first game took place on Mirage, where after the first half the Eternal Fire Academy players had a minimal advantage. However, in the second half, the Brazilian team showed an exemplary defense, thereby quickly closing the gap, and then completely snatching the victory from the opponent's hands - 16:13.

The second game took place on the Inferno map. Here the Turkish team showed a confident start again, having won three rounds as an advantage over the side switching. At some point, it seemed that FURIA Academy would get together and make a comeback. However, the players of Eternal Fire Academy were unhappy with this, confidently closing the rival and getting their first points in the championship - 16:12.

Confrontation between MOUZ NXT and Spirit Academy

In the final confrontation of the game day, MOUZ NXT and Spirit Academy met. The first game of the series took place on the Mirage map, where everything quickly fell into place, as the favorite spent an excellent half in defense, gaining a two-fold advantage over the side switching. In the second half, MOUZ NXT continued to squeeze the opponent, quickly deciding the outcome of the first game - 16: 6.

The second game also took place on the Mirage map. However, Spirit Academy players now had the advantage, finishing the first half with a double lead. One would have expected MOUZ NXT to close the gap after the changeover. But the team from the CIS quickly put together the economy and ran even further, having issued the first defeat for the favorite of the tournament - 16: 7.
