ESEA Season 36: Open Division – Europe is an open division for amateur teams from Europe. The contestants will fight for $6,900 and seeding for season 37.
709 teams from Europe will take part in the championship. All of them will play 16 matches in the Bo1 format. Only 256 teams will make it out of this huge pool, after that only eight teams will stay at the main stage.
Best eight teams will fight for a trip to S37 Advanced and 7 slots at S37 Main. All of this will happen by the Simple-Elimination bracket system with Bo3 matches.
The winner of the decisive stage will get a trip to S37 Advanced. The other seven teams will proceed to S37 Main.
