Valorant Agent Tier List in 8.11

We want to remind you that all agents in the game have their unique features, and you can win matches even solo with any of them. Don't forget that VALORANT relies not only on abilities and their proper usage but also demands your skill and shooting accuracy. Remember, one headshot sends anyone to the next round.

However, this doesn't negate that some agents are more versatile. We have compiled our tier list based on their versatility across different maps.

• S Tier — Omen, Cypher
• A Tier — Sova, Neon, Jett, Skye, Gekko, Viper, Clove, Killjoy
• B Tier — Raze, KAY/O, Breach, Fade, ISO, Brimstone, Astra
• C Tier — Sage, Reyna, Chamber, Yoru, Phoenix
• D Tier — Harbor, Deadlock

Duelist Tier List

Jett remains one of the strongest duelists in the game, while Raze has been subjected to many nerfs by the developers. We recommend paying attention to Neon, who received many improvements in patch 8.11 and can now shine in a new light.

• B Tier — Reyna, Phoenix, Yoru

Sentinels Tier List

Currently, the strongest and most versatile Sentinel agent in the game is Cypher. He is extremely strong and useful, and not all players know how to counter him correctly. As for Killjoy, she still possesses one of the most useful ultimates in the game, but her other abilities are not as useful, so Cypher often appears a bit better in many situations.

Deadlock is still not the best choice, as it's hard to imagine a situation where Deadlock would be better than Cypher or Killjoy. This agent has the least useful abilities, and we can only wait for her improvements.

Initiator Tier List

Currently, there are five initiators in the game, each with a good set of abilities. All of them can be effective, depending on the player's playstyle. Controller (Smoker) Tier List

No matter how many nerfs Viper receives, she remains an indispensable agent on some maps. However, the change in the map pool, specifically the removal of Breeze, has slightly shifted Viper from her throne. Currently, one of the most versatile and strongest smokers in the game is Omen, while the others are more situational. As for Clove, who was overly strong in the previous patch, she has received a series of nerfs in this patch, which has clearly affected her win rate.

We would also like to note that we did not consider the new map Abyss (you can read more about it here) as it has not yet been added to ranked matchmaking. Preliminary strong agents on this map are Omen, Jett, Raze, Neon, Astra, Breach, Clove, Gekko, Sova, and Sage. However, the meta on the new map may develop in completely unpredictable ways, and we will monitor this closely and notify you immediately about the strongest agents on the Abyss map!
