Starting with the European RMR B (Regional Major Ranking), this preliminary competition will engage fans over three action-packed days. The tournament follows a Swiss-style format, where 16 teams face off in intense rounds. Only seven of these teams will secure their spots in the Shanghai Major, while the remaining nine will be eliminated from the race.

Main Rules and Format

The Swiss Stage features a 16-team Swiss System format, where all matches, except for elimination and advancement matches, are played in a Best of 1 (Bo1) format. Elimination and advancement matches are played in a Best of 3 (Bo3) format. From Round 3 to Round 5, the Buchholz system is used to seed the matches. The top 7 teams will advance to the Shanghai Major, while the bottom 9 teams will be eliminated.

• 1st-2nd Place: Qualify for the PWE Shanghai Major.
• 3rd-5th Place: Qualify for the PWE Shanghai Major.
• 6th Place: Qualifies for the PWE Shanghai Major.
• 7th Place: Qualifies for the PWE Shanghai Major.
• 8th-16th Place: Do not qualify further.
