LEC Spring 2025 Schedule: Week 2 and Week 1 Results

The League of Legends EMEA Championship Spring 2025 is in full swing! The tournament features the top 10 teams from across Europe, all battling for the title of the strongest team in the region. The first week of LEC Spring 2025 has come to an end, delivering exciting matches and a few surprising twists. Every team is doing their best to showcase top-level gameplay, as the stakes in this split are incredibly high. Let’s take a look ahead at what Week 2 of LEC Spring 2025 has in store — and reflect on the action-packed first week.
Week Two: LEC Spring 2025 Schedule

The first week of the Regular Season will take place from April 5 to April 7, featuring a total of 7 matches:
Date | Match |
April 05 | Rogue vs Team Vitality |
April 05 | Karmine Corp vs Team BDS |
April 05 | Team Heretics vs G2 Esports |
April 06 | SK Gaming vs Team BDS |
April 06 | Fnatic vs Karmine Corp |
April 07 | Rogue vs GIANTX |
April 07 | Team Heretics vs KOI |
The Regular Season of LEC Spring 2025 follows a Single Round Robin format, where each team will play one match against every other opponent — a total of 9 matches per team. The final standings in the tournament table will be determined by the results of these games. All matches will be played in a best-of-three (Bo3) format using the Fearless Draft mode. Only six out of the ten teams will advance to the playoffs, where they will compete for the title of Spring Split Champions.
Matches You Shouldn't Miss
After the first week, the favorites remain at the top. I highly recommend not missing the matches featuring Karmine Corp — the winners of LEC Winter 2025 and silver medalists at First Stand 2025. And of course, keep an eye on G2 Esports, one of the strongest teams in the region for several years now. Their clash with Karmine Corp in the Winter Split culminated in a grand final, where Karmine Corp came out on top. Will they manage to defend their title at LEC Spring 2025, or will we see new champions rise?
It’s also worth paying attention to Team Vitality. Their Winter Split performance was disappointing, which led to some roster changes — most notably the addition of support player NISQY. With fresh energy and ideas, the team might improve their results, making them an interesting team to follow this split.
And of course, don’t overlook Fnatic and KOI. Both teams had solid performances at LEC Winter 2025 and fell just short of the finals. The break between splits gave them time to regroup and analyze their gameplay, so we might see one of them in the finals this time. We’re definitely hoping for an exciting twist!
LEC Spring 2025 Week 1 Results

The first week brought us exciting matches and some unexpected results. We saw both impressive victories and unfortunate losses for teams that had a rough start to the split.
At the top of the standings are SK Gaming, Team Heretics, and Team Vitality. For me personally, SK Gaming’s 2-0 win over Fnatic was quite a surprise. Fnatic looked like the favorites going into that match, but SK’s strong macro and micro play proved they didn’t spend the break resting — they were clearly putting in the work. Hopefully, we’ll see more solid performances from them in the coming weeks.
Team Vitality also looked confident in their match against GIANTX. It seems the support role change, bringing in a more experienced player, is already paying off.
Just below them in the standings are Karmine Corp, G2 Esports, and Team BDS. All three teams secured victories, but unlike the leaders, their matches ended with a 2-1 scoreline.
The lower part of the table currently includes four teams. Fnatic are sitting at 1-1, while KOI are at 0-2 — though to be fair, their first matches were against tournament favorites Karmine Corp and G2 Esports, so they still have a solid chance to climb back up.
At the very bottom are Rogue and GIANTX. It was a rough start for both teams, with losses coming from opponents that aren’t considered the strongest. If they want to break into the top 6 and reach the playoffs, they’ll need to regroup quickly.
